WholeAF
A health and wellness brand built around the whole-foods diet.
Recipes, blog content, an AI recipe generator, and organic apparel — all built around whole foods. For people who actually want to eat better, not just read about it.
Whole foods aren't a trend. They're what everyone ate before the food industry figured out how to sell them back to us with a nutrition label on the front. WholeAF is a health and wellness brand built around that diet — and around the kind of people who've actually decided to live by it.
It's not one product, it's a few things working together: a library of free recipes, a blog writing honestly about nutrition and the whole-foods diet, an AI recipe generator that turns real ingredients into real meals, and a line of organic apparel for the community forming around it.
The traction has been organic. Social media content has been driving purchases back to the site without paid ads — which is the kind of signal that tells you the brand is actually resonating, not just being pushed. The community is small but real, and it's growing for the right reasons.
What separates WholeAF from other AI recipe sites or health brands is focus. Most creators in this space are generalists — diet of the week, supplement of the month, chasing whatever trends. WholeAF only talks about one thing: whole foods. That narrowness is the whole point.
I built this because I was interested in it — I actually live the whole-foods diet — and because I saw a gap. There's a lot of noise in the health space and very little brand that feels both specific and trustworthy. WholeAF is my attempt at filling that gap, one recipe and one piece of content at a time.
I'll build you one of your own.
