A web chatbot and AI phone receptionist built for a single restaurant — both trained on the same menu, hours, and booking flow, both reporting to one dashboard.

Restaurants lose money in the same two places every week: a website that can't answer a question after 9pm, and a phone that rings while every server is in the weeds. Both are silent leaks. Both happen during the exact moments a customer is ready to spend.

Restaurant AI is one product with two front doors. A chatbot on the website that handles menu, hours, allergens, bookings, the whole FAQ. An AI phone receptionist that answers when nobody can — takes reservations, gives directions, handles the same questions, escalates to a human when it has to. Both trained on the same source of truth.

Behind both is a single dashboard. Every chat. Every call. Full transcripts, missed-call follow-ups, who got booked, who didn't, what the bot couldn't answer. Owners get one place to see what's happening at the front of the house when they aren't standing in it.

What makes this different from the generic AI receptionist services pitching scale is the same thing as last year's chatbot work: I'm local in Orange County, I'll sit down with the owner, and the system is shaped by conversations with the person running the place — not a sign-up flow. Same engine, fitted to the room.

Currently in build and live demos. The goal for this phase is the first paying restaurants and the case studies they generate. Priced by commission for a single location — not enterprise.
