Health Isn't Complicated
I think being healthy is a lot simpler than people make it. Most people just don't want to do the small things consistently.
For me, it's basic: get sunlight, walk at least 10,000 steps, eat clean, and stay somewhat active. Working out matters, but it's not even the most important part.
A lot of things are overhyped — especially strict diets and using running as the main tool for weight loss. People chase extremes instead of just being consistent.
My non-negotiables are simple: sleep at least 8 hours and eat real food. Everything else builds on that.
At the end of the day, my goal is just to stay healthy for as long as I can. Nothing complicated about it.
