What I Choose to Build
When I get an idea, I run it through a simple filter: would I actually use this, and would people I know use it too. If the answer isn't clear, it's usually not worth building.
I've tried a lot of things that didn't work — dropshipping, Amazon FBA — but none of it was a waste. Each failure made it easier to see what matters and what doesn't.
The biggest pattern I've noticed is energy. People who are genuinely interested in what they're building move faster, push through more, and give ideas a real chance — even if they're not perfect.
Now I optimize for speed and leverage. I'd rather build something quickly that can scale than spend time perfecting something that doesn't matter.
And no matter what, I won't build something that harms people. There's already enough of that in the world.
