These are custom-built AI agents trained on everything the business actually runs on — the website, the menu, the service list, the FAQ, the hours, the booking flow — plus anything else the owner wants in it. They answer questions, guide customers, take orders or bookings, and hand off to a human when it matters. Live on the site 24/7, priced by commission, API keys owned by the client so nothing is locked to me.

What separates this from the thousand generic chatbot services is simple: I'm local in Orange County, I'll sit down with the owner, and I understand the two industries I'm targeting — restaurants and construction — in a way most builders chasing scale never will.
